🍵 Design Tea Club #1
What I miss is someone openly sharing their career journey. Not the glossy LinkedIn summary - but the really messy behind-the-scenes.
How did they know they were ready for promotion? How and when did they tell their manager? What happened - did they get it? Did they not? How did they decide to stay or move on?
Like tell me all the tea!!!! 👀

💬 FAQ
Why is it paid?
I want to filter for intent. It’s not my goal to have 100 people on mute with closed cameras on it. So I want to make sure it’s a small group of up to 10 folks on the same wavelength. The prices are minimal and respect purchase parity.
Why this topic?
I felt really lost when I was going through this process. I would loved to attend a session like this talking about behind the scenes and the messiness of it all.
Will there be a recording?
No sorry, I want to try keeping it casual with folks freely sharing their stories. In case you miss the session, I will try to accommodate you in future sessions I plan.
